How to Identify and Deal with A Suspicious Person

 

Our suspicious person course is geared towards greeters, ushers, secretaries or anyone who may be in a position to screen those coming and going into the facility. This course uses concepts derived from the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security. It will allow participants to have a better understanding of where and what to look for. There is an entire science surrounding this concept but it is all basic human behaviors everyone should know. The course will also address what to do if a person is deemed to be "suspicious" and how to best handle those awkward and rather troubling situations. Its always best, "If you see something, say something".
