Severe Weather, Disaster Response Training

 

This class gives participants an understanding of what can be expected during a severe weather event, and proper response to such an event. Common severe weather incidents covered during this class are Tornado, Earthquake, Flood, and Blizzards. The class highlights other important aspects to include dangers of downed power lines post disaster, long term power outages, and safe evacuation from structures severely damaged. If requested, a presentation on Hazardous Emissions Response and Nuclear Fall Out response can be included in this course.
